Do you ship products internationally?
Yes we do. However, when ordering internationally, we recommend getting in touch via email at email@example.com to organise delivery.
Are your products cruelty free?
Yes! We are proud that all of our products are Leaping Bunny Approved.
Can I get my products delivered faster?
Currently our delivery is set to second class delivery with the Royal Mail. However, if you get in touch via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, we will be more than happy to assist in finding a suitable delivery option for you.
Can I return products?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for products that have been used due to hygienge reasons. However, if an item is faulty you are entitled to get a refund within 14 days of the item's delivery date.
