The rich agricultural Howe o’ the Mearns, Lewis Grassic Gibbon country, is the ideal location for a company which produces high quality personal care products according to director, Bill Carr. Family-run Body & Face St Cyrus Ltd was established in the 1980s in a former bakery in the Aberdeenshire village of St Cyrus but is now located in the town of Laurencekirk in the foothills of the scenic Grampian mountains. “We have access to beautiful quality water locally and we also use spring water from the Pannanich wells near Ballater.” In the early ‘90s Bill led a management buy out to save the jobs and skills of the staff.

Our company produces its own retail ranges of cruelty-free, personal care products from cleansers and conditioners to pampering products. Our core business is manufacturing products which are as natural as possible for niche and specialist private label customers. These customers supply the UK and global markets, selling these products all over Europe and the world.
