Bureaucracy - SUCCESS!

What a couple of months Body & Face has had! January saw us registered with the Information Commissioner's Office in January so that you can be sure we are GDPR compliant; Also confirmed that we are PCI DSS compliant so can safely take card payments through our online Worldpay system - third scan successful and thanks to David of Cairngorm IT for checking system security.

25th February was the date for a full-scale but remote assessment of our quality management system - ISO 9001;2015 - and we have again been recommended for certification - what a mountain of documents the assessor had to wade through - office floor covered with paper for s while as information was collated! Folders never been so tidy!
