7th September - after a Gap Survey, Stage 1 and Stage 2 Assessments and an improvement review today we have great news. Body & Face has been recommended for GMP accreditation by LRQA. Thanks to all the staff and Michelle for using her photographic skill to highlight all the improvements that were required and to our LRQA Assessor for her patience, guidance and helpfulness - both helping to ease what could have been a very stressful day!
Opens up more product opportunities and keeps us on our toes with procedures and processes.
